Nix Patterson
Branding / Website Design
The Background:
Nix Patterson’s brand image was not reflective of its historic past or its bright future.
The firm has asked Neon Ambition to conduct a brand development exercise.
The objective is to reveal the firm’s key brand attributes and develop a brand profile that will be the basis for developing outward-facing messaging and imagery to use across all marketing touchpoints and initiatives.

I was responsible for conducting brand interviews with key partners at the firm and distilling the results into a positioning statement, brand attributes, brand essence, and develop a mood board. You can see the results here.

The Solution:
The brand positioning took advantage of the firm's heritage as a legal champion in the commercial litigation space and transferred the brand equity to the personal injury sector.
We developed the "Maverick" as the Brand Archetype. This would direct our messages for the website and marketing material from this point forward.
The mood board embodied the Brand Archetype and was used as the basis for creating the new website and updated identity.
The Result:
The new website displays through messaging, design, colors, and imagery the brand archetype of the "Maverick". I creative directed the Web Designer, and the developer, and determined the imagery and messaging used throughout the site. See the resulting website here.

The Brand Identity also reflected the new brand archetype.
The client wanted to keep their existing logo, so we created a more aggressive color scheme to fit the new brand.
