The Background:

Benloch Ranch is an exclusive real estate development situated in the picturesque Wasatch Mountains near Park City, Utah - a land until now virtually untouched. Our goal is to identify potential buyers and invite them to purchase plots of land and also buy a home to be built, initially pre-fabricated homes that look and feel like custom homes.


A combination of awareness emails and landing pages enticed viewers to sign up for content offers.  


The Solution:

I developed solutions that appealed to market segments we had identified. Paid social media drove traffic to Landing Pages that contained an offer to learn about nearby activities for example.

The viewer could opt-in to get more information. Emails were regularly sent out to keep our growing contact list informed.



In just one weekend, we sold over $15 million in homes with an average value of $700,000 to $1M.


We attribute this success to our extensive email base which had a 43% open rate (which is higher than the industry average of 19.17%).


11.8% of those who opened the email also clicked through to our website (compared to the industry average of 1.7%), resulting in an exceptional click-through rate of 27.4%.
